Regarding the eyebrows - LOL - I knew he had lots of eye makeup on (let's hear it for the guyliner!), but hadn't really payed close attention to just the eyebrows :)

It's just a bit of conversation, very sweet and emotional,but yeah may be something like that. Like he was ready to leave figure skating and they laugh and he jokingly saying that he wanted to go to Ukraine i suppose to skate with Tatiana

aww, he was willing to sacrifice so much just to skate with her. if that's not the sweetest thing then i don't know what is. <3
 
He really, really wanted to skate with her. In one of the early interviews in that same video collection - the one where he seems to speak a lot about his previous partnership, he says that Tania is the best female partner figure skater in the world. The reporter asks him: "The best? Not even ONE of the best, but simply THE BEST?" And he answered that he hadn't seen any other girl do ...(and here he comes up with a sequence of elements, that I know nothing about :)), so yes, the absolute best and not even Aliona or anyone else is better. He seemed to have a tremendous admiration for her athletic abilities from the very beginning, apart from any other type of admiration he might have felt. Interestingly, in the same interview he says that female partners tend to develop an unhealthy feeling of possession for their male partners especially if they train from early age and hinted that it was a problem in his previous partnership, so in a way it was easier for him and more reassuring that Tania came to the partnership already in a relationship with Stas. She seemed to listen very carefully to all that and I suppose took mental notes :)

OMG that became my favorite moment too. O liked it from the first time I saw it, they're so adorable, the way she laughs and the way he nuzzles her, but after hearing what was said I just LOVE it. I need to make an Instagram video of it LOL.

So they eyebrows aren't made with eyeliner? Are they shaped like that with tweezers?

He totally did, but she's lucky too to find someone who loves her so much and he's a great guy.

talking about Tanya's being the best female pairs partner:

What is extraordinary about the technical side of Tanya’s skating is not just her speed, but her positioning. She has a highly developed aesthetic sense which takes her great athletic ability into the stratosphere. When she does a spiral, her leg is very high, but the rest of her body is also extended or lifted as much as it can be. Torso, neck, arms extended to the maximum, striking the most beautiful positions -- always. Tanya was skating at the highest level even in an old video I watched of her and Stas where they scored pretty high (2010 was it? Someone posted that video link the other day I think) -- where she was wearing a white dress and her hair was sort of a dull reddish brown. Her skating was breathtaking throughout that program. Anyone who witnessed that skate could not help but see that she was a rising talent. And the revolutions in her jumps are always so tight and efficient – ..”fast muscle twitch” (I believe that’s the term). And of course I haven’t even commented on her emotional reserves!
 
Hilarious! But I don't get what a wheelie suitcase has to do with the Godfather theme -- that's the program, right?
