I love PChan but I am not sure Yulia considers him her hero. :think: I have some doubt, but anyways if she has learnt to love his skating, then it's good to know.

I know nothing of this movie. I only know of of Einaldi because of a musician I play with. I recognized his music on this video and have ever since wanted her to skate to something by him desperately.

She said she loves this movie so I won't be surprised if rumors turn to be true.
lol i remember yulia saying she watches this movie obsessively and joking that she may even skate to its score. i actually watched the movie just to see what it was all about. not too bad, kind of silly. french but very commercial in the hollywood style.
if that is the song i would definitely approve. very soulful and fitting for our girl

Well I wouldn't mind if she skated to it either, right now, after only hearing the song I'm not that amazed but you never know what they're making of it in this moment while we're talking here

I understand this and it's logical but on the other hand -
Just watch Yuna Kim's golden skate in Vancouver: everybody knew the James Bond theme in the SP and her scores were out of this world. .. I personally think not that many people knew Gerschwin's concerto in F which she used for her FS, you couldn't really connect it to smth, didn't have a 'character' in your head - and her components were amazing + a world record.
So I think a great skater can theoretically turn every piece into smth memorable

honestly the movie is pretty silly so hopefully they won't make too big of a deal of it and instead focus on the music. the soundtrack is very fine but that is the extent of it.

I'm not a great fan of Einaudi's music and if this is the piece I find it a bit monotonous and gloomy
hwell: But I can't say anything till I watch the final job and I'm feeling confident.This doesn't concern figure skating but, everytime I see Yulia riding, I think she could be the perfect model for the FixDesign brand..

I can't listen this music now but I'm not a fan of Einaudi's music either.
