Please stop! This thread is intended to discuss the test skates. Evgenia had two great skates. The fact is Sotskova just released an interview where she said SHE was the one having growth issues via catch foot positions and maybe jumps due to a several cm spurt since JGPF which appear to have affected her jumps at the test skates. Hopefully it's due to her groin strain more than anything else and she can bounce back but as far as test skates go it would seem Evgenia is leading the way.

Maria had to miss training in July and had not enough time to get a shape.

In recent interview Serafima said that she fixed her 2A technique, but she fell just on 2A in FS...

Just saying I started this thread to discuss the test skates(what little info there is) and to post videos of the public test skates and news surrounding them as they become available.

I know. I should probably just zip it. :slink: I just don't want this topic to turn into a battle of this skater is better than so and so because of such and such before the videos start to appear in a months time. I guess that's just the inevitable nature of these things. I was hoping to lure knowledgable posters like AlexRus who can offer insight. I suspect some news reports and interviews may appear in the meantime :cool:

They will come. We just have to be patient, and frankly I'm not. :laugh:

I don't care how they skate tbh. It's too early and it's a test after all.
I think now it's more about the programs.


I can't wait to see or hear about Lipi ,and my beautiful dumped team (I have decided they are beautiful without seeing them :popcorn:). :biggrin:

All of them are fantastic, but my favorite is Proklova. We are talking about many young Russian girls, but in last year I saw a Russian girl she has not so well known name who was also fantastic. She has a very strange name and her grandpa showed the video.
 
 
 
Glad I found this thread, I am always interested in the Russian Test Skates. I can't wait to hear how everyone is, at least if the specialists like their program

The poor boy was so nervous that he puked all over himself.
 
lol, or a little kid, just splashed some paint all over a shirt and someone decided to try and sell it.

I really hope he won't be wearing it in competitions.
