My quibble with how the SD protocols look:
If a judge is not judging a certain component, the score should be left blank -- should not be shown as 0.00.

No, AFAIK, the others are correct that it is starting within a few minutes, at this point.
At the end of the SD, the announcer had said that pairs would start in 45 minutes.

The individual videos have been uploaded almost in real timeyay ... but they have (strangely) NOT shown up at the link below (even though that page has a section for Archived Events):
So if/when you have a chance to update your OP, my respectful suggestion is to add a little notation as to where to find the archiving. Many thanks.
