Ada DEMIR (TUR) was wearing a white dress.
Very dramatic music! And she lived up to it!
Not bad considering she is not long into Juniors. But, she has a good record in Novices.
Awww, as she was leaving the ice, Ada gave a massive hug to the next girl coming on, Azra SAĞLAM (TUR). They must be team-mates.
She goes into 6th position.

Fortunately, I did not feel the same way about the skating. She was good!

And we went full circle with the final skater, as Derya NASIBLI (TUR) took us back to black.
No, she wasn't skating to Amy Winehouse. She was skating to Middle Eastern music.
Actually, now that I see her in the results area, the dress actually has more of a red tinge to it.
Derya's coach doesn't look happy. She seems happier, with a neutral expression.
She finishes in 9th position.

She's only leading by 1.39 points, so it's going to be a very exciting Free Skate! A straight battle for the win between Leyla ÇETIN (TUR) and Veronika LUCKO (LTU)

Ach, for goodness sake! The girls started with a group where all the skaters were wearing black, and now the boys start with a group where all the skaters are wearing black! 
The difference here is that there only are 3 boys altogether in the competition.
Now I'm starting to wonder if there was a red door in the arena, and if any of the skaters have decided to paint it black...

Normally I would be all in favour of a rock programme. And I enjoyed Mehmet Cenkay KARLIKLI (TUR)'s "Take Me Out" programme when I saw it on the Junior GP Series. But the distortion in the speakers today is making it unbearable to listen to. 
His costume is very Glam Rock.
Which, although I like it, is a wee bit too early (by about 30 years) for Franz Ferdinand.
I thought he skated well. But, he looks frustrated while waiting for his scores.
He goes into the lead. But, will he do like the first skater in the girls and lead the whole way?

Again, I enjoyed this programme from Furkan Emre İNCEL (TUR) in the Junior GP Series, but the distortion on the speakers spoiled it today.
I must apologise. He is actually wearing a red top with his black trousers. But, from a distance during the Warm-Up, it looked all black.
And, like Mehmet, I thought Furkan skated well, but he looks annoyed with himself.
Nevertheless, he goes into the lead.

Unlike the two before him, Ege ALACAN (TUR) did not do a rock programme. And unlike the two before him, the music was not ruined by the speakers. Sure, there was distortion. But it was not unbearable.
Unfortuantely, he made more mistakes than the skaters before him.

Hope the girls take off their jackets soon. Because three of the girls are wearing black jackets, and it is hard to spot which is Stefania.
Good. Stefania has removed her jacket. She's still in black, but at least it's easier to spot because it's a dress.
Lovely Spin at the far end of the rink.
And a beautiful jump right in front of the camera.
Ach, twice in a row we saw her coming towards the camera, building up to a jump, and then doing it out of shot.
And then the same happened at the far end of the rink!
The joys of 4:3 ratio video rather than 16:9 ratio.
But the next time she did a jump at the far end, she just about got it into shot.
