I am sooooo proud of YunaSumi, that was a fantastic redemption skate from them!!!! They were a little tight on the twist and throw, but considering their Olympic disaster short, this was a moment for them to put that behind them and shine as the next leaders of Japanese pairs.

Oh yess, they made it! Huge relief. Those loops were fantastic. Their lift is so big and fast I'm always a bit afraid she will fall out the rink at the exit.
Poor Yuna, she must have been so stressed.

Yuna NAGAOKA / Sumitada MORIGUCHI (JPN) skating to a re-mix of Elton John's "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road". (I think it is him singing).

Yuna is wearing a dress that is black, red, orange and yellow. (It's not as bad as it sounds. It is actually nice! It would make a good dress for a "Firebird" programme). Sunitada is wearing a top that starts as orange, and then becomes black as you go down. And black trousers.

I really enjoyed that.

Yay! Redemption from the Olympics! I think they have the best skating skills and SP of all the teams here. Nagaoka hung on to that throw as if her life depended it. Should go in first.
