They are both Juniors. Julia's score will probably be 8 or 9 points too high, which if subtracted would have her and Polina close.

Becki... I think she needs to add speed to her program overall. Her spins look fast but the in between is a little slow. That stuff usually improves as they age though.

she slows down before the jumps. I hope she works on that. Other than that, I thought she was great.

I think the point this poster is making is that Yulia isn't a 35/70 PCS skater yet either...(even though the judges are scoring her there...)
