Does anyone know why Canada isn't using its subs for the ladies? The Skate Canada website lists only Gabrielle and Julianne as of Oct 8. Obviously Kaetlyn is injured, but what about Alexandra Najarro or Marianne Rioux Ouellet?

Does Daleman have a shot at winning this? I would have given the edge to Gao had she gone but now that she is out to me it looks like it will be Wang and Daleman going for the win here. But I think the edge might go to Wang since Daleman is not an early season skater.

In men's I think it comes down to how well Kevin is this season. On paper he should win here but I think the edge has to go to Miner. Question is also who will come out at the top Canadian. If Kevin is not back in shape this may be the time for Nam to jump ahead.

In dance this is another show down between G/P and P/I as to who will be the 2nd Can team. P/C AND H/D are the other 2 going for medals.

In Pairs this should be an easy win for D/R. D/F should be #2 here but with some new teams here it will be interesting to see how they do. Be interesting to see if G/D can improve on their Nebelhorn result. If they do they may be stacking claim to a world spot for Canada.

Just my two cents, but I would not necessarily expect archiving.

The Skate Canada COS summer comp (Thornhill) was streamed, but not archived, IIRC.

Sometimes nice fans will record them and put them on Youtube, but I wouldn't count on it. I know there are a few vids of the Thornhill Summer Skate floating around somewhere.
