That skater reminded me a little of a Halloween witch, or possibly a jack-o-lantern...

I actually enjoy watching many 'not so good' skaters- for instance I just found Hallberg quite pleasant! To me there is a lot more to the sport than jumps, and a lot of the girls/guys who can't landjumps have many other pleasant qualities, despite that we'll never see them at a truly major competition.

Actually that goes right down my line. I always enjoy watching skaters doing a clean program. No matter if they end up on place 1 or 20, they did what they came to do, and that I call success. It's so nice when they are happy about a new pb, no matter how low.

How old is Karly? I feel like she actually has really good potential... seems fast, decent spin positions, jumps seem relatively secure. I really enjoyed that!

YES watching skaters get a new personal best is one of my favorite things too!

Nathalie: New look, new energy, maybe a bit rushed, and for my taste she is still a bit wooden. Oh yes, and the jumps are still not there ...
