How has the live-streaming been for this event? I was thinking of trying to catch some of tomorrow's events.
We all know why you want to know about the livestream - you want to watch a certain Miss Stavitskaya!
I don't blame you - I'm the same! Apart from the fact that she is absolutely stunning

, I'm really curious to see how she goes as an Ice Dancer.
To answer your question, although it does not have the fuctionality of the YouTube streams, I've been happy with the quality of the stream.
There have only really been 2 things to complain about.
The first is that the main camera has a tendency to mist up. On the first day, it misted up really bad. To the extent that by the end of the Junior Ladies SP and during the Junior Men's SP, you could only just see the skaters.
Although it did mist up a bit yesterday, it was not anywhere near the same extent as it was on Thursday. It was only just noticable.
The only other complaint is that the person operating the graphics is not always paying total attention! Sometimes they don't put them up until the skater has already started. Sometimes they forget to take them off. That sort of thing.
Yesterday, there was a lot of experimenting going on with the graphics. They were experimenting with ways of displaying the scores, and with the positioning of sponsors logos.
But, I reckon things will run a lot smoother today, now that they have had a couple of days to practice.
Arrrgh!!! I just looked at the schedule today, and realised that I won't be able to see the Ladies SP or the Short Dance!!! And they are the categories I particularly wanted to see this weekend!!!
