I can't believe Maia can legally drink in the US. Despite her and Alex having competed for a looooooong time, it still feels weird that she's actually 21.

I love the program - can't wait to see it skated as well as that score suggests.......
ETA: What I mean is I don't have Ice Network and have to wait for the videos to go up.

Manta/Johnson~ She in black sparkly with a sort of fringe at the neckline- very interesting. He in Victorian gold vest. They take the lead in the undead waltz category. Actually, they manage to hold their own with good performance quality after the Shibs. Good start, but now need more push and a bit more flow on the turns.

And though I know sometimes comparing junior and senior performances for SD isn't exactly logical due to different requirements, but McNamara/Carpenter had a higher TES in th SD than the Shibs by about a point.

I doubt they would have gotten that if they were doing the more difficult Ravensburger and competed in the Seniors against the Shibs, Chock/Bates, and Hubbell/Donahue since GOE is subjective to one's competition even when it's not supposed to be.

It seems like it's a choice of "reload and gain sound, but possibly lose video" or "don't reload, keep video, but have to hope that sound returns on its own"

Sometimes changing the size of the player and back can get it working again. Mine will freeze, then stutter and skip as it's trying to catch up. Sometimes the sound drops while it's doing that
