Exactly. Official practices in the competition arena are very limited (40 minutes per group) and if they're already practicing in their own rink in Moscow, for longer and with more comfortable facilities, why go away before they need to at all?

Yes, they will be there tomorrow. Presence on the draw is mandatory, not to mention medical procedures.

Draw for ladies will be at 16:15.
It's better to participate in Draw. But I think it's possible to skip it too?

Competitions of the best figure skaters of Europe in Moscow will start on Wednesday and will last until Saturday, demonstration performances are scheduled for Sunday. It must be a bit weird though to prepare with your direct competitor and biggest threat... I'm sure they are on good terms and all but still, it must make the tension really high!

Exactly. It's their home town, they have their own space away from other competitors. The official practice rink is for the other visiting competitors. It makes perfect sense for them to use their home facility.
