4 spots to go....
for
Gubanova, Gulyakova, Fedichkina, Nugumanova, Kurakova ..... and?

i'm hoping that shcherbakova will get invitation to senior nationals, just like tarakanova in 2016, despite that she was competing only in juniors.
but she needs to compete at russian cup this year, and win something

Leonova still persists here I am so surprised. Best wishes for her.

 yeahh.. i mean, its like every single person when looking at lists like that, seeing Leonova there and being like "how the heck are you still alive there"

She started this season better than she finished the previous one. She also has better programs. It's going to be a lot of "ifs" but I can see her in top 5 both in Japan and USA.

I like Alena Leonova more than Medvedeva and many other girls. She is a real fighter for me

Tarakanova has never participated in senior nationals.

Intresting who'll go to seniors next year from current squad.. Any thougts?
Stanislava Konstantinova(finally)
Sofia Samodurova
Daria Panenkova
Anastasia Gulyakova
Anastasia Gubanova
Alisa Fedechkina
Ekaterina Kurakova (maybe through a lot of B events)
So Leonova will lose her spots and give it to someone else. And maybe someone else...

This is junior nationals.

ok, you are officially right, then. i somehow mixed up 2016 and 2017 nationals in my memory, because i remembered that i've seen tarakanova crying in chelyabinsk. and 2017 senior nationals was held in chelyabinsk, as well as 2016 juniors.
and 2016 senior nationals was in yekaterinburg

Konstantinova for sure, but will she get some spot in GP?
Samodurova, I think they may want to observe development of her tiny jumps for one more season in juniors.
Panenkova like Samodurova, but in regard to puberty and artistry.
Fedichkina may try some smaller senior tourneys, I doubt she'll get any junior or senior GP assignments.
Gubanova is getting dangerously close to Fedichkina, still she's almost a year younger and more promissing, so i think they might give her one JGP spot, if she skates well.
Gulyakova and Kurakova - good skaters in good form, just unlucky to be one of many, should get JGP spot next season, if skate well. Still not enough internationally experienced for seniors, imo.

Overall, it's too early to foresee the next season, when this one has barely started. :)

What is this list about? You mean, there are only 4 spots left for a trip to Russian nationals? And unless someone pulls out from injury or whatever, a number of talented girls won’t even make it to nationals at all?

For me J Rus Team should be (if there was no J Nats)
Daria Panenkova because she is already post puberty having nice jumps and didn't get ant Jgp events despite being very consistent
Anastasia Gulyakova (because she also seems a real lady having 3A and didn't have 2na Jgp assiantment so without JGPF)
and someone else depending on JGPF
P.S. I'm not predicting it. It's just fair for me. You could disagree with that

I certainly disagree with Daria Panenkova not getting any JGP events. ;)

i think that konstantinova in the 3rd place would be okay. because so many people are in love with her "mature" skating.
and we should give away all the places in the team to the girls with the curves, and not to a better skaters

Nugumanova and Kurakova did KMC at the 1st Russian Cup. I assume that means they are not aiming at Senior Nationals.
