What do you mean by they are sexualized? Their make-up? Well, without it they're beautiful as well. It's just part of their life and also skating. Every girl (even so young) wants to look beautiful, who doesn't? They're almost all on instagram at age of ten, what can you do here... Some of them use it, some of them don't... It's a long and pointless conversation. My point is just with or without such make-ups, there are so many beautiful girls. Just joy for my eyes. Every second girl is a topmodel...
 
Millie means that oftentimes in Western culture especially many men will say to young girls "oh you're so beautiful, I love looking at you" or something like that. I don't know your gender, puremagic, and I don't think that's what you meant, but she means that young girls are often turned into ways to satisfy a man's desires. I don't think that's what you meant but that's what she thought you did, so...

I think it's an object of interest of psychiatrists and police, not the FS fandom. :) A normal grown dude have a completely different instincts kicking in when he admires the beauty of, say, Yulya now and 4 years ago.

I love skating and that’s why I admire skaters who achieved so much. I admire the commitment and the personality strength it took to get there. Saying that, there are some posts from some fans on this forum that creep me out. One have to be aware that the skaters are just humans; there is plenty of good and a bit of bad in them, same as in any of us. I feel some fans take their admiration a bit too far. The skaters are not some semi-gods. They are often still underage children. Some swooning over the skaters go so far that it makes me a bit uncomfortable; it makes me wonder whether it has some romantic/sexual undertone.

Maybe... with one exception: Zhenya deserves to be worshiped. :)

Distance also matters. I literally go to work past Eteri's rink, but I've never visited it, because it would be awkward, to say the least.

Really? I wouldn't care about awkward. I would just go. Can you simply enter and see the practice? Just like that? There is no security?
 
And again scout bureau turned out smarter than everybody else! :clap: (as always, though :o:) Knowing unstable skates by T/M in the free program, I caught pretty bold odd ~4.5 on them, the bet was about not being in the top 3 overall. I bet 50 bucks on this, and now I'm winner of 225 bucks! Well, mine there -50 = then 175. I was going to share this money with you, my poor beloved friends, but then I realized that I haven't drink the whole week! I bought a bottle of Stolichnaya, a bottle of Finlandia, and a bottle of my good old friend Jim Beam. So... Cheers, brothers and sisters!

Well, it is normal that fans sometimes exaggerate. I do not see a problem with it. You should check out comments from other sports or comments about yuzu.;)
