Man that was rough by Denney/Frazier. Actually the whole group was rough. Peng/Jin weren't bad, but the score is lower than their usual, for sure.

Haven and Brandon continue the line of hard to watch skates. Man, that was rough. Does that mean she is not healed? Have they come back to soon? Sad

I'm sure the pressure felt after Worlds is so high and the sal is one thing to build on. The two foots and the under rotations and rushing they will work on I'm sure. Hope her knee is ok though.

Im with you. Everyone else in the first group looked like bots compared to H/B. They won that group! Thats my story and I am stickin' to it.

I meant Skate Canada the GP, not the federation. Not only the Canadians fell all over the place! It's like Skate Canada (GP) thinks it is Cup of China this year!

The one competition Denney does the 3s in the short and long...she singles the toe...

I'm not sure she's really hitting the 3s either - they're getting under-rotation calls (in the SP they did at least).

These are some of the lowest scores I have seen in a long time for pairs. Almost back to 2011-2012 level deflation. And I thought that the Olympic season was going to see some SKY HIGH scoring.

If the skates have too many issues, the scores aren't going to be sky high. That first group was rough. Here's hoping things pick up a lot in the second group.
