She is born the 24 August 2003, almost two months later for skate this newer season on senior ( 1 July 2003 is the limit ).

I haven't heard any official information about Panenkova. Just saw that list for the national and reserve teams.

I would be very surprised if she didn't move up, considering how she can get two GPs. (Correct me if I am wrong?)

i think everybody has a say, both her and coaching team and rusfed.
but this makes no sense for rusfed either. she can have 2 gps as senior, and win medals, while as junior, she just messes things up.
konstantinova stayed in jrs to get gps i guess, but not the case here.

Fifth Element and Kill Bill sound perfect for Trusova IMO. Very different pieces but both have the same energy and an unusual quality to match her unusual jumps! I would love it if more people used the Fifth Element OST.

Well it kind of helps her that Evgenia and Polina left Eteri, because now she’ll want another senior alongside Alina, and it’ll take some of the pressure off of Alina a bit hopefully. So I see no reason that anyone will want her to stay jjunior anyway.

She has Tursynbaeva as a senior alongside Alina.

But I guess she doesn't represent Russia, that's true. I certainly think Panenkova should be in seniors, the fact that skaters like Sotskova and Konstantinova are vying for the #3 spot is proof enough that there's plenty of room for difference-makers.

Stuff like GPs and JGPs are pretty much earned by skaters. Senior skaters earn their spots, juniors perform well at their first event, which grants them a second one (rusfed strategy last season was to replace whoever didnt do well at first event).
But the Worlds and Euros spots are somewhat spread between coaches. For example, I am pretty sure that, under no circumstances, they will give 3 spots to 3 eteri girls. If it takes blatant overscoring at nationals, it will be done. Rusfed likes to spread the benefits between top coaches.

And now, we actually have Zhenya being coached outside, so we are yet to see how the rusfed will politik that. Will they give 2 spots to Eteri and 1 to Orser? Will they give 1 spot to Eteri and 1 to Buyanova/Mishin/Chebotareva?

Yes I agree! I think they suit Sasha and they could be made into awesome programs! I hope this year her FS looks less like a jumping performance and more like a program.. I thought the music didn't really help with that last year, this seems more suited
