In other news:

Courtney Hicks brought back her sp from last year at the Broadmoor competition; could she be keeping it this season?

Has anyone listened to Fire Dance by Jennifer Thomas (Karen Chen’s sp music) ? It’s a mix of Maleguena, Asturias, and some other Spanish influences. So, nothing out-of-the-box original, but still something Karen can perform well.

I liked Courtney's SP from last season, so I'd be fine with that. (Her FP on the other hand... I hope that one is done with.)

Just realizing that in POTO, Christine was a ballet dancer first; so perhaps Zagitova will keep her tutu fashion for another season? It could be her “thing”.

Please no. :palmf: Unless it's Elena Ilinykh I am done with tutus in skating.

Dinh Tran and David Bowie
:dance3:
This I want to see!

Tomoki and Michael Bublé? I *like* Michael Bublé, but Tomoki will need to up his performance game considerably:confused:

Yo Soy Maria is so strongly tied to WeaPo...but Gabby also used it...this will be interesting to see.

they just. do not. MOVE. tutus are so well suited for the type of movement that you'd see in a ballet performance, but they just end up sandwiched to a skater's back during any sort of quick movement and if anything only impede rather than emphasize a skater's lines. it's just so frustrating to watch these cardboard attachments wack around a skater's body while they're doing something that's beautiful and powerful by nature.
