I've been trying for several hours to download the Junior Free Dance, and so far each attempt has been unsuccessful (I suspect it's because the file is too large), so I may not be able to share D'Alessandro & Waddell's FD.

Kaiya won the junior ladies' title by seventeen points at Challenge, in what seems virtually certain to be repeated at junior Nationals in January.

I made a recording of Hannah Lim & Ye Quan's Addams Family rhythm dance, as I had never noticed this team before but it was quite fun and they unexpectedly made the final flight.

Roo87, after 30 or so failed attempts, I've finally vanquished that monster of a file (13.5 GB! ) entitled the Junior Women Free. *cue triumphant music*

Wow, there's a lot of potential there! I loved them! Hannah's a stronger skater, but that happens with a lot of teams and eventually evens out over time. Can't wait to see them at nationals.

Does anyone know what is the status with Gabby Daleman's skating. I still feel she is Canada's best shot of placing in the top 12 which isn't great - with probably ahead of her 3 Russians, 3 Japanese, 3 American, 2 Koreans, ET, a Swiss and or French lady and Chinese lady as well. i never fully understood why she pulled out of the GP. I hope she regains her 2017 world bronze level skating. Her 3T 3T is wonderful when on. Just huge and glorious.

New team for Junior Dance and Hannah Lim just switched from singles to ice dance this summer. I think challenge was their third competition ever for Junior Dance! Loved their Addams Family RD.

Oh dear. I didn't realize things are that bad. So can I assume either Gabby isn't skating or things are going not so good

I think she pulled out of the GP because her health wasn't good, and if she wants to be competitive for worlds/nationals she needs to take care of herself mentally and physically. I hope we see her at nationals, but health comes first.
