and more likely than not the list for that jgp is going to change anyways, there's still a lot of time.
The first list is rarely left without changes.
Obviously.
These constant dramas from scratch begin to tire.

The problem is max 3 entries at each challenger. Assuming they give Tarakanova, Vasilieva and Tarusina a later season challenger to get a higher senior SB score (all are eligible) that hardly leaves spots left for any of the other ladies who did qualify for nationals last season like both Maria’s, Gulyakova, Leonova, Liza N, Gubanova etc.
I don't get all of these discussions, the list isn't even finalized.
Certainly Alysa isn't unbeatable, and more likely than not the list for that jgp is going to change anyways, there's still a lot of time.

I love her too. I loved her last year at Russian Nats. I does seem though, that they have sacrificed her against Alysa. Yes, Ksenia is the better skater, but the best she can do is 2nd in both of her JGP's. Alysa has the tech numbers. On the other hand: Since Trusova and Rika burst on to the scene, skaters have been put on notice that either you are able to do a 3A or a quad, or you will no longer be competitive. It is sad to see beautiful skaters winnowed out, but it is what it is.

Is there a link to the start order for the junior ladies sp tomorrow?
I’m so excited!!!!!!
Will we see Leonova? I she still skating. With the current state of Russian skating she seems so far down the list.

Did for myself, but sharing with you (don't be alarmed, if there is an error 500. check back later).

Has everyone seen Evgenia and Alina’s Instagram stories of their off ice training? I think it would be really insightful if they put out more content like that or talked about their training in detail. I’m sure there is a lot that goes into the making of a Olympic gold and silver medalist and it would be really interesting to see how they train on and off the ice and what their nutrition plans are like. I always find it so interesting to be able to get a peak into the process that happens before all the performances.

You bet people here would only be interested in one of the two![]()

It would be interesting for sure to compare their actual preparations for competition, Yevgeniya is more or less her own master at TCC, while Alina (though probably having earned herself some more freedom), is still expected to work on PE, train, etc. alongside the other Khrustalniy senior skaters in the same session.
Sure, it's just that I have essentially no hope for sass-less and hate-less conversation about this.

To be fair there's essentially no hope for sass-less and hate-less conversation about anything in this thread. It's just a matter of whether we refresh this thread to 1 new page or 6 new pages.![]()
