This week, Tuktamysheva shared her cinematic preferences with Instagram followers, first asking them to guess which films are in question. In addition, she asked them to leave their recommendations in the comments.
The Russian woman’s favourite movie was the full-length animated film “The Lion King”.
“I love it since childhood!”, wrote Tuktamysheva on Instagram.
The skater also talked about the movie which helped her cope with her emotions after she received an injury in 2014. This is the pseudoscientific film by Australian director Drew Hariot "The Secret."
“I’m not saying that this is a panacea, because my career has developed differently, but for myself I definitely decided - it works. The main thing is to sincerely want what you need, because if you do otherwise, then everything will be in vain”, wrote Tuktamysheva.
The second start for the skater this season will be the Finlandia Trophy series Challenger tournament, which will be held from October 11 to 13. In addition to her, several other students of Alexei Mishin - Sof'ya Samodurova and Andrey Lazukin, as well as other representatives of Russia - Alyona Kostornaya, Sergey Voronov, the dance couple Betina Popova - Sergey Mozgov and others will perform there.

Many figure skating enthusiasts admired the new way of the athlete, but there were those who were not satisfied with it, considering it too frank. The well-known trainer Tat'yana Tarasova spoke in defense of Zagitova.
"She has an amazing dress, let them look at their dresses. Are they designers? Let them go to the theater and criticize the costumes of ballerinas. This cannot be. What is this? Each step is discussed, people do not enjoy, and try to discover only what is bad. Zagitova has a beautiful dress that makes her very attractive and sexy, stretches her, emphasises her merits”, the specialist noted.

According to many experts and fans, this season in women's figure skating, the confrontation between Zagitova and two-time junior World Champion Aleksandra Trusova, who has already managed to set several records, will come to the fore.
However, the 1999 world champion Mariya Butyrskaya urged Medvyedeva, who won her first victory in an international tournament in two years (China Open), not to be disregarded come early October. In her opinion, the silver medalist of Pyeongchang is in better shape compared to the same period last year, and will fight for getting into the Russian team for the World Championship.
"I think is not necessarily her goal to win precisely over Zagitova at all costs. For Zhenya is more important solid skating, clean execution of jumps, stability. When she'll skate to her abilities, then she'll win. This attitude of “I want to beat Zagitova” will not work for Medvyedeva. In April of this year, she and her husband had a son, Aleksander. The athlete admitted that it was not easy for her to combine work and raising a child, however, the 2002 Olympic champion Alexey Yagudin was an example for her to follow.
