What?
Russian is great, it's a language that has so much history, it represents the Slavic ethnicity but also has lots of similarities with other languages. There are very funny facts about the meanings of certain russian words, i've the privilege to know just a few of them.
The one that always keep in my mind is the origin of the word "немцы" which are the germans, and that is completely different from the russian word for Germany which is "Германия".
From what i've been told, the origin comes from 17th century: Peter the Great who wanted to evolve Russia as a country bringing it closer to European countries (after living in Netherlands and learning there about shipbuilding) and he very much invited european families to live in Moscow to bring that european culture.
Apparently among those families, the germans never quite socialized with the russians, they were always mute and the russian word for mute is "немой"
and that's why they are "немцы".
For me more than those trivia also the sound often determine my interest in studying a language: for instance i tried to study the german language and i dropped a month after, because i didn't like how it sounds.
Sorry for the OT.
Oh!
Noooo!
No
I'm sorry I meant the comments made on YouTube not how the language sounds!
Oh dear :sad21:

Great post! It's astounding how some like to flaunt their ignorance and or prejudice.
But I wasn't...see above
) I‘d like to say that I have not seen any fans so far who truly wish for Sasha to be sick or fall. This is a horrible thing to do, as you correctly pointed out, and I would not consider anyone thinking like this a real Zhenya fan. I‘m sure there are some, every fanbase has toxic members - but they are definitely not in the majority.
Good choices though.
