Wow, nothing but warhorses, and horrible ones at that. My interest in skating is deteriorating fast, apart from a few of my favorites who thankfully have good taste and some originality. Can you imagine being a judge and having to suffer through some of these dozens of times per season? I guess they signed up for it, though.

Two years ago was a Moulin Rouge season. We cannot have another one. This is a rule. Somewhere. Clearly these two athletes did not have to sit through U.S. Nationals two seasons ago.

I think between Ashley and Tessa and Scott’s Programs Moulin Rouge has reached perfection. At least in this decade anyway. They really are the definitive ones at least for me. I don’t think any new Moulin Rouge program could capture the spirt and soul of the music like those two did. Ashley’s especially, the cuts and flow of the music are perfection.
