For no reason at all. She may have straightened things out but that doesnt mean eteri has the right to drag her name into soemthing where it is not needed like at all. It also doesnt mean that she approves of whatbeteri wrote. Thinkmfor yourself once in a while instead of blindly acceptingnwhatever eteri says as the holy truth

I mean, it's quite clear that Yulia liked that post ironically. That's how she expressed "jesus this woman is dragging me into drama again, I see what you're doing Eteri". Why else would she go around liking comments criticizing Eteri for dragging Yulia into the situation when she is happily married and just gave birth, or that Eteri is once again blaming the children?? She doesn't even follow Eteri on instagram, so she most likely heard about it from her fans/friends and found it both annoying and funny that a grown old woman felt the need to drag her name into drama.

Congratulations to Alena on her coaching change. I hope she does well with her new coaching team. Again, I am extremely disappointed in how Eteri and her team are handling this situation, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from them.

So far at least 9 of her skaters left her for another coach. There are not many skaters who have not left her - Alina, Anna and some of the new girls.

"New girls." C'mon, it's not randoms we're talking about here. Let's look at Eteri's ladies roster, even after these departures...

Alina - reigning Olympic champ, reigning Worlds champ
Anna - reigning 2x Russian champ, reigning GPF Silver
Kamila - reigning JGPF and JW champ
Lilbet - reigning Worlds silver
Dasha - reigning JW silver
Maia - JGP Finalist, 4th at JW
Sofya - Russian Junior Nats silver at 12 years old
Adeliya - the second coming of Evgenia Medvedeva

This is still the best ladies roster of any club in the world. Plushenko is quickly catching up with some of his additions, undoubtedly. But either way, let's not act like Eteri is left training nobodies.

- Approves of Kostornaia leaving Eteri
- Admitting she was solely to blame for their "break-up"
- Mad that Eteri dragged her name up again
- found it funny that Eteri dragged her name up in drama again


That was a powerful like she did.

Yes, something sudden has happened. The whole thing is strange with Alëna training her new program and then suddenly she stopped. We know now it was only two weeks ago the shift happened. Strangely, it is just after Alëna got the award at that ISU ceremony. Anyway, it sounds a bit spontaneous and a bit heat-of-the-moment-thing to me. Could it be that maybe Sasha pulled her over? Sasha might have praised her new environments and saying it is pure heaven without "dictatorship" like they were used to with Eteri. We know teenagers, they loooove freedom. And especially these girls that have been superstars since they were 12 yo.

On the actual reason Tutberidze mentioned, i think it's interesting cause it does look like these girls are aware they are the best skaters in the world, and all the coaches in the world would love to have them in their group, and that might weaken Tutberidze leadership role a little. At a certain point, i feel like you have to nurture the top athlete, it's not just another student at the rink.

Eteri said in her interviews that their current system of treating everyone the same at the rink works for them (once you walk off the podium, you're just the same as everyone else again). We can all see that it clearly does give results, so why would she suddenly change it for Aliona when she didn't change it for Yulia or Evgenia at the time?

But then, maybe it's what some older skaters need from their coaches and why they leave trying to find that somewhere else, in which case it's fine for them to leave, but maybe at least make it clear to them that you're unhappy and want to leave, instead of telling the whole world how happy you are with your team and how everything's going so great right before leaving?

Honestly I think it's a bit silly to theorise what someone means by liking a post or not liking a post. Celebrities like their own hate posts sometimes just to be funny. You can't guess someone's intentions over whether they double tapped on a post or not.

That would be very strange. Have you ever liked a post, here on GS or elsewhere, that you didn't agree with? (especially if the post was referencing you directly or indirectly)

A polite person (especially one that doesn't want to outright lie about something) would have said "It's a work in progress" and then avoided talking about it altogether instead of describing it in detail. As for being smart, we'll see by the end of this year, I think, won't we?

Eteri and her team knew about Alyona's intention from May but they made programs for her so zealously. Totally illogic. So you can thinking about it who is lying there.
