I definitely don't see Maiia off the podium.
Konstantinova and Samodurova are even more inconsistent than her, and she has better tech and higher pcs.
For Maiia to be left off the podium, she would have to completely bomb and the others would have to be squeaky clean.

I could see her getting any of the medals here, even gold, depending on how Sasha and Aliona skate.
You are very optimistic. I wish a breakthrough for Maiia, but I don't wanna curse anything (and I am terrible in predictions and estimations).

Agree. I don't see any scenario where Konstantinova beats Khromykh. Stanislava looked better than last season but she has UR and stamina problems.
There is a small chance though that Samodurova can be a threat, she looked much more sharp this season than last, but she needs to be super clean.

I think Trusova will be hard to beat. The big question mark for me is Kostornaia. She looked very shaky at test skates, has she regained her form? including her 3A?

PCS for Konstantinova in the past were actually way higher than Maiia, and technically Khromykh is still a junior skater so should get lower components in theory (that's how it has always been for decades and for a reason)

But based on previous events results you're right, she is going to get either higher components anyway or higher GOE with all the bonuses or probably both.

But last time, it was her vs Frolova for the silver and who won? Frolova. This time its Khromykh vs. Konstantinova and Samodurova. Last stage, it was Khromykh is clean, she gets silver, Khromykh falls, she gets bronze, this stage it's Khromykh is clean, she gets bronze, Khromykh falls, those chances are gone. (Though, again, Konstantinova and Samodurova are a little inconsistent so she could probably make a mistake or two and still snatch the bronze).

lol, if she falls (as she did twice at last one) they'll still give her insane bonus, and all +5 for GOE on the spins. Her silver medal is pretty much a lock regardless of what happens on the ice.

Samodurova has actually been very consistent, even last season at the international events, if you actually watch them she always landed all her elements, they'll call her underrotations tho, i hope she can fight for a podium finishing still, she is the 2019 European Champion after all.

Sorry, trivial question coming. Where can I find info about the upcoming stage of the Russian Cup? I checked the National Events subforum and there was nothing there. I never watched Russian Cup before this fall and can't read Russian, so I don't even know when stage four begins...
I usually check out this link,

so there are 3 teams in the same academy because the top skaters want to train separately.
I understand now why Plushy is hungry for money. It costs a lot to satisfy everybody’s wishes.
He is no hungrier than the other coaches. Only he has made much more money legally over the years than anyone else thank to his talent, fame and popularity. And the money, the success is the envy of many, especially if you live in Russia

The beginner coach — I don’t know why this is offensive — will soon be ready with one of the ice rinks and wooden houses for skaters.

the icerink on the backround of the first picture and you can see the hauses, too

That is so sad. Her programs are fine, but like PCS wise she's still not as good as Konstantinova (Stasya is a very underrated performer, let's be real). Some of her spins (the combo is pretty good) are okay, but most of them aren't good enough to warrant a bonus.

Those were three different comeptitions so it's hard to compare, but Maiia received 192 points at the 1st stage, Stanislava 196 at the 2nd and Sofia 193 at the 3rd. Of course Maiia skated subpar in her FS and she is definitely capable more even now while I don't think Stasya ar Sofia are currently capable of delivering a significantly stronger performance than what we saw, but nothing is decided in this moment. As the first thing I truly wish Maiia a clean and self-confident performace as she did at the test skates with her short program. If she does that both in SP and FS, that would be the best. And if she gains the medal, that would be a good bonus.
