well the way Alena is handling things under Plushi’s back is the exact same way she did with Eteri. I think they wanted to clear things with Plushi before taking a decision.

Plushenko says there are no contractual obligations, neither with the academy nor the sponsors. So, either he is lying or TeamTutberidze used it as an excuse/explanation not to take Aliona back. Or there is another issue entirely - but which? Aliona‘s officially still with Sambo70, there should be no problem. But maybe I am missing something.
Maybe they also want to sign a contract which is understandable and there are certainly things to negotiate.
And Eteri is not the only one to take the decision, she has to consult with all the team. It takes time and this time is precious because they have to focus on Anna.

I don't understand this. they are also focusing on Kamila, Maiia and Dasha. Alina still to some extent too. from what i have seen, team Tut has always split their time and given pretty even attention to all their skaters and given each of them the best chances for success. She didn't even favor Zhenya, basically her daughter and who was expected to win Olympic gold. she also had to give the same to Alina. why would they all of a sudden give Anna special attention and focus when they have never done this for any of their other skaters? for any coaching team to do this is a disservice to their other skaters who are all fighting for the same spots.
Geez don’t you know that Anna the only one from teamtut will compete for next worlds at the end of the month ?
Of course they are also focusing on other girls but for them it’s the off season.

Any official confirmation yet that Kostornaia is back with Tutberidze??
They have to focus on all of their athletes, priority time likely to the ones who still have an active season going on its unlikely thats some type of anomaly. It's not anything close to comparison to Medvedeva not getting special attention before the Olympics because they had multiple skaters going to the Olympics and it was still an active season for almost all of their athletes (less injured ones).
According to Daniil Gleikhengauz, TT main choreographer, Tut is going to make the decision in a couple of days. There are some financial issues that ought to be resolved first, again, according to Gleik.

Anna goes to worlds in 2 weeks lol, then it will also be the off season for her too. i'm talking about the next 11 months where they will have 4 skaters (5 if Aliona returns) fighting for the same thing. they can't and won't focus solely on Anna in this time period.
He worked with Trusova also before Kostornaya moved, and Zhilina, it's just you don't see him with them anymore. Especially with Sasha it does feel again that someone else is taking the credit, cause he was working on her quads specifically last summer.
Konstantinova going to Butsaeva, not sure if i think this is good for her, cause that is an even smaller (politically) club in Moscow, but good luck.
It remains me of some commercial prices, you have to take a decision now if not the prices will be higher later.

do you really think a coaching team of this caliber is going to let this interfere with ANY of their students' training?
I feel conflicted about this coaching changing debacle. I didn't want Medvedeva back at Team Eteri, and I don't want Kostornaia back either.
It feels like too many eggs in the same basket that can only end with a lot of scrambled eggs.
And strangely, this feels like bad news for Trusova too. I fear my prefered olympic team of Shcherbakova, Valieva, Trusova will look very different now.

They don’t need another drama just before the worlds but the time they take for the Alena´s case could be used for Anna

Why? What does having Kostornaya (or Medvedeva) back at Tutberidze to do with Sasha? If anything, her chances would increase because now she‘d be the only real contender for an OG spot not from Tutberidze.
Your preferred Olympic team is the most likely at this point but things can change in a year. Even without Kosto/Med taken into the consideration at all - injuries can happen, Usacheva and Khromykh could improve, the top 3 could make mistakes...
You were looking at a lot of scrambled eggs and eggs in the same basket before this season anyway. And it was even worse then because there were 7 contenders for a possible OG team: Zagitova (she hadn‘t taken her break yet), 3A, the three juniors. So, not much would change, it only seems like it because of the drama.

How so? Do you really think they‘ll leave in the middle of training to debate with Aliona? No. They‘ll use the time before and afterwards. They‘re not stupid enough to have their own athletes‘ training time suffer from this.
And if Aliona joins, she‘ll begin her serious training after Worlds anyway. She has to recover first.
