it says she doesn't work with Aliona. I'm sad about it, but it looks like she's quite busy. She's a young mom, who's got an infant, takes part in IA show, so she has to train there. And she's working as a coach too. Frankly, she doesn't have more than 24 hours in a day, so it's understandable that she can't possibly be everywhere. I do wish she worked with Aliona too though.

I mean, when is Sergei Polunin joining Plushenko's team? He and Elena had a baby just several months ago, she is not a free woman to behave like this with the other Sergei.

TBH I thought that Elena was single and her and Rozanov maybe had a secret fling going on, specifically because of behavior like this. HOWEVER I don't think it is any of our business to be commenting on their personal lives. If the coaching team gets results I'm not obliged to mull over what they do on their own time.

EDIT: I'm not making up drama of an affair, btw, it was just my thoughts knowing nothing of their personal lives. I don't really think it's a big deal what they do, and as someone else commented Ice Dancers are touchy. So please don't read too much into my comment, I don't think that photo should be a scandal.

That's the point. That thread (and all of the FS coverage in Russia feels like it) has degenerated into one big parade of gossip. It's not about anything else. Why not just stick to the sporting aspects and facts? The only thing we and everyone else (who pretend to know or to have heard or to suspect or to have to predict) know is what we actually saw. Namely that Sasha was in the best shape of all on test skates and she was the only one who could attest to visible improvements over the previous year. If it had been a competition, she would have surely won. But it wasn't. The competition is on this weekend. Why not just wait a few days and then discuss? It can't be that difficult for adults.

Why would Anna leave Eteri? She has good programs that fit her, and a training regimen that works for her, too. She’s Eteri’s #1. Though the fed may be pushing Kamila, I actually think Anna’s maturity, musicality, and all of her strengths still stand very strong beside Kamila, as seen at test skates. It’s Daria, who has terrible programs, and maybe not a training regimen that fits her, and is clearly being pushed aside in favor of Kamila, who should leave.

well, Victor Adoniev gave in the summer this very big and detailed interview, where he says:

No. But when I see unknown Russian word in these comments, I check it in the dictionary.
Edit: For example there is a special Russian word that Russians often use to describe Rozanov. They often say that he is handsome, yes, but there is this special Russian word which describes him as a "Backstreet boy" looking guy.
