Dancing in KHRUSTALNIY.
middle group.
In the first part of the combination, where we work out on the plasticity of the body, the second part is solely on the dynamics of the legs and absorption of the sense of rhythm, which is so often lame in many skaters.
My friends, many people often ask in the comments the question: “Why do skaters need all this? they won't do most this on ice?"
I answer:
When a child comes to the world of figure skating, it needs to be taught everything and no matter how talented it is, without experience and skills, it is still a nobody.
To stage an interesting program, the skater must be a universal: be able to move in different styles and directions, hear any rhythms and beats, have high coordination of his body, and what, if not dancing, can all this develop in a child ???
Often, skaters are "squeezed", their backs are pumped up, yet this sport and physical activity greatly affect the plasticity, in our classes we work no less compared to general physical training or special physical training lessons, but the children get tremendous pleasure.
There is a psychological relief and liberation, which is very effective on the ice both in skating, and even in technique, a highly coordinated skater will correct mistakes much faster and make a difficult jump or rotation, it will not be difficult for him to perform a complex program. So, dancing, friends, is an integral part in the work of skaters.
You admire the plasticity of the body and hands of our skaters, well, guys, nothing comes from nowhere

Aleksey Zheleznyakov is an integral part of #TeamTutberidzeForProgress, so it is 'we' and 'our', and that's how it should be when working with children.
