How do you think they will come PCS-wise?
Sasha scored 71 with not-so-clean performance, so I would expect if she's clean it could go up to 72-74 maybe.
This leads me to a question how clean Aliona is going to be scored comparatively? She certainly will have advantage in stsq GOE, spin GOE and bonus compared to Sasha, as well as PCS. But judges are leaving too little room for themselves to differentiate between them, since both will have PCS in 70s likely.
Jesus, 72-74 PCS for that program...
Sure judges aren't leaving many room.

Kostornaya can probably have 37/75 if clean and Trusova 35/72.
I don't think they will go higher for Kostornaya. If they give her 77 pcs like at nats that means she will have 79,80 pcs in December.

73 vs 78.

Trusova wins on tech.
Too much. But we never now with Russian judges.

From what I remember, Rusfed didn't say anything on that, I think some coach said that they'll have to do something, because some top athletes aren't going to qualify at this rate.
RusFed did talk about this. Kogan, General Director of the Russian Figure Skating Federation, gave an interview in September about this.

I
Kostornaya likely doesn‘t even have her 3A back (if she did, there‘s no way Plushenko wouldn‘t post it and he‘s been actively avoiding the topic in interviews), how is she supposed to beat Trusova? If Khromykh skates well (it’s not like she’s never done that before) and Kostornaya doesn‘t have the 3A, I can even see them putting her above Aliona. So, yeah. Unless they somehow decided to keep the 3A, unlike any other jump ever landed in TeamPlushenko, private, Sasha will win and pretty easily so.
don’t think this is necessarily true. She’s asked Plush to stop recording right after a massive 3S. He controls all media in and out, so if she doesn’t want to share it, then I don’t see how it’s that hard for AoP to respect that.

OMFG daaaang Trusova, you just need to maintain flow and speed into that, and it will be a stunner.

Still say her 3A will be the best one ever from a Russian lady.
However, we have seen again and again amazing training vids of Sasha. Then deliver at competition? Not always happening.

Trusova is truly a fantastic skater, but not performing clean at competitions is something that has become something of a mind game for her.

Indeed, I was wrong in my earlier message, the FFKKR board will think of a solution when an injured skater cannot qualify through the stages.

" We will make decisions at the executive committee, because the decision on the selection system was also made by the executive committee. We have different options where they can participate in order to still pass the selection. There cannot be a situation where they do not participate in any stage "

But are there other FFKKR competitions on the calendar?

That's interesting. Yes, I think Medvedeva as a member of the National Team still has a chance, maybe Sinitsyna too.

Are you joking? There are some people on this forum who can post anything, I won’t respond to any of their posts. You can be sarcastic about it but they are not exist for me. I don’t want you to be uninformed. Plushenko doesn’t have to work to be more famous. Some example:

https://www.instagram.com/p/unVgi5my7F/ In same team with Morgan Freeman

https://www.instagram.com/p/w67Zc5FSOc/ - It's nice that the guests of honor of the show were, as it turned out, the longtime fans of my husband - Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas - they went to the background because they wanted to meet with Plushenko

https://www.facebook.com/notes/offi...-vettel-alonso-massa-a/209949035693339?ref=nf Nazionale Piloti( formula one) vs Star - The Star Team for the Children will play with SAS Le Prince Albert II, Pierre Casiraghi, Docruet Louis, Evgeni Plushenko, Pavel Nedved, Frank Fredericks, Max Biaggi, David Guetta, Jure Kosir, Jose Cobos, Wilson Kipketer, Giuseppe Dossena, Loris Capirossi, Erik Zabel, Claudio Chiappucci, Ezio Gianola, Peter Runggaldier, Peter Fill, Romans Vainsteins, Sonny Andersson, Marco Simone, Novak Djokovic, Fabien BarteZ, Hermann Maier, Heinz Harald Frentzen.

http://tamagawasanpo.web.fc2.com/1701.htm orhidea - Plushenko orchidea from Japan...It was named after him. There is a star it was named after him, too but for obvious reasons i can't show it

- the swiss watch manifacture Ulysse Nardin Champion's Diver Plushenko by NYC Diamond District 800.500.GEMS

And many more things, news , articles.... I can show video when he received bodygard in Italy..and many more interesting videos but this is off topic and I should take more time to find those. He is the most famous figure skater ever.

Omg you got so fed up. :laugh2:
And completely unnecessarily too. I guess I should've clarified by saying "in the coaching world in ladies nowadays" ahahahah.

I know how famous Pluschenko is, I am actively following FS since 2017 but I used to watch competitions on TV ever since I remember about myself, and Pluschenko is the only skater I remember from back then. Heck, he was even my favourite skater before I got more invested in it, his gala performances are one of my favourites, and his Carmen program is my favourite Carmen program.

The comment wasn't supposed to be taken that seriously.

However, I still don't agree with him calling out skaters' scores like he did recently. I don't think it's the right way and I think he's being too "loud".

It should go without saying, but seeing as how I got misunderstood before, let me clarify that this doesn't make me think that he's incapable as a coach or anything. I disagree that Sasha is stagnating compared to last year for example, especially since the comparisons people are making are between September last year and September this year, to which I say, - well guess what, Sasha landed everything in Japan Open but then struggled a lot by Europeans, so it's an unfair comparison.

Here are the entries for Ladies (Ice Star 2020 Minsk).
1 Valeriia Sidorova ARM
2 Aleksandra Chepeleva BLR
3 Viktoriya Safonova BLR
4 Emilea Zingas CYP
5 Kristina Skuleta-Gromova EST
6 Maya Mazzara FRA
7 Alina Yushchenkova ISR
8 Viktoriia Yushchenkova ISR
9 Anastasiia Guliakova RUS
10 Sofiya Samodurova RUS
11 Elizaveta Tuktamysheva RUS

Both Maya Mazzara and Liza T now withdrawn.

All those from W Europe have withdrawn from Ice Star, weren't allowed to enter BLR, or didn't want to risk travelling to this plagued country.
Even the Russian participants are nervous.

Wow - that really was dominant and very impressive. Even Alina wasn't able to crack the top 20!
Such a shame that Worlds was cancelled for them. I wonder if they would have swept the medals there as well.
