3A practice video (Alysa, Alena, Kamila). It's been a rough day!
Best 3A during practice today is actually Wakaba.

This field is absolutely nuts--tougher than any previous Worlds or Olympics, IMO. According to Alaine Chartrand, SEVEN of the twelve women landed a 3A during practice today.3A practice video (Alysa, Alena, Kamila). It's been a rough day!

Not to mention, if Rika hadn't withdrawn, it would've been 8This field is absolutely nuts--tougher than any previous Worlds or Olympics, IMO. According to Alaine Chartrand, SEVEN of the twelve women landed a 3A during practice today.

SEVEN?!?
Alysa, Kamila, Liza, Aliona, Mana, Wakaba... Who's the last one???
Oh dang! Why do these girls have to make it so hard on my predictionsHaein!!
we have to leave at least two of the 7 out. The anxiety is real, I want them all to do well but my fave's gonna get kicked far off the podium at this rate.Wow. Gracie almost made me cry. She has looked so miserable at every competition she's entered in the last few years. But here, she was smiling before she skated, at moments during the actual program, and after despite the fall. It genuinely lifted my heart to see her look happy.
nevermind! found on Twitter: 3Lz+2T, 2A, 3Lo and fluke fall during the StSqwhat jumps did she do?
Yes, but in fairness almost everyone's 3A ( except Wakaba's) looks a bit sketchy on the landing. Great expectations lead to great falls. I hope the women prove me wrong but if all of them go for 3As in the SP, it may be messy... Very messy.....This field is absolutely nuts--tougher than any previous Worlds or Olympics, IMO. AND all level 4 elements, now in 3rd after the SP! I'm so proud of hernevermind! found on Twitter: 3Lz+2T, 2A, 3Lo and fluke fall during the StSq

As long as she's not injured I'm fine. Her participation was voluntary. She doesn't need to compete to qualify for nationals. I guess she decided not to...
So... If Karen manages anything higher than 8th here, then it's kudos to her. She's pretty much in a competition with only herself since she's just looking for that 208+ score. She might even do a Karen and score unexpectedly well since she has no chance in this field![]()
