This will be the Petrosian-Samodelkina-Trusova-Yametova show. Those four are the only ones that are capable of scoring 200+ imo, (unless one of the others have made huge progress).

I am especially curious about Yametova here. Can she make the podium? And beat one of the big guns?

Great video. I'm looking forward to see what Petrosyan can score and whether it rivals Kamila and Akateva. I think she will come close. I fully expect Sasha to pull out or just skate the SP again. I think she'll struggle to do quads.

Finally Veronika Zhilina delivered clean program (short) and of course won as a result.
Let's hope being epitome of 'minus start' athlete is behind her.

The SP shows she improved artistically, unfortunately LP is a miss - she isn't ready for Roxanne and hyper-loaded content doesn't help her focusing on the theme.

YES! Adeliia has got a clean speedy 3A. It was so fast, smooth, and effortless I almost thought it was double. I like Sasha's dress and her new program. I don't think she's healed up enough though. Also, too bad about Samodelkina. Hopefully she does better in the free.

Alexandra Trusova in her current form will not make it on the Nationals podium and might not even break the top 6.

Today she was overtaken easily by both Sofia S and Adeliia who made errors as well. I question her placement over Yametova.

In her current form she cannot jump a single clean quad—not even her signature 4Lz. This might be due to her still healing back injury or other factors like getting used to the training methods of her new coach. I am not sure however one thing is clear in her current form she will lose to anyone with a single clean ultra-c.

For the first time she’s 31 points behind Adeliia, 28 points behind Sofia A, and 10 points behind Sofia S.

She’s falling behind all of the new seniors so far not counting Kami or the other ladies to come with ultra-c (Maiia, Liza, Sofia M, etc).

She had to train in public rinks before switching back. According to her, she has all triples and combos, they aren't gone.

Can you tell me please, what is your problem with Sasha? She can't land a single quad? So sorry to disappoint you in your hate, and give you the advice to watch the whole show next time, because then you would have seen that she landed a 4Lz-3T in warm-up. So once again the question to you, what is your problem? Because you don't come across as caring for anyone, but dissing for no reason.

It would have been interesting if the Russians were able to compete internationally. Currently none of their last year seniors can do a quad or 3a (dont remember if Elizaveta has landed one this season). Quite frankly I think Alena, Anna and Alexandra will probably never land a quad or 3a again. I would maybe believe Alexandra could if she was still with Eteri but she's now with a Russian coach who is a nobody.

If Russian were allow to compete internationally, I'm sure Alexandra would be in top shape by now and Anna had had her surgery after worlds to be able to come back on time to the new season.
We just now watched at skate Canada, the seniors are in the mid and lower range compared with Russians, having the complete set of triples is more than enough to win internationally
