Then the build-up to the moment of truth for me.

She carried on to the end of the programme, to much appreciation from the spectators.@CaroLiza_fan Good luck to Stefania. I hope she hangs on to the podium. I’ve never seen her skate. But, I’m rooting for her, because of her country.

ALL THE BEST STEFANIA!!!

ALL THE BEST EVERYBODY!!!
Well, that was an exciting competition. Just as I had predicted. Nikola and Maria were virtually tied. I’m glad they gave it to Maria. I prefer Maria’s skating over Nikola, despite the judges giving Nikola a higher PCS score.
@CaroLiza_fan I really enjoyed Stefania. The program she chose is different and she gives it the personality it needs to make it fun with some quirky highlights. I prefer this interpretation over Gubanova’s East Indian program. Anastasiia can learn some things from Stefania. It took forever to receive her scores due to her jumps. She under rotates a lot. Her lack of rotation is something she will have to work on. She finished with the bronze medal. So, I thought it was a good result. I wonder what her SB is, because she cried a lot, like this was a bad performance…
ALL THE BEST EVERYBODY!!!
Elizabete JUBKANE (LAT), the other Latvian skater that had a nightmare skate yesterday, also had a better day today.
Admittedly, she did have a fall in her FS, but otherwise it was good.
She has opened up a 13.62 point lead in the FS, and a 21.94 point lead overall.
Although she was about 5 points behind Hana CVIJANOVIĆ (HRV) in the SP, this score might give her a chance of climbing.
