The difference here is the K/F were selected according to criteria and have never been beaten in any competition by C-G/L. This isn't like the women's event at all. Plus, they had a great SP.

That's my point. Our team placement would have always been a team effort no matter who skated and trying to pin the blame on individual skaters left a bad taste in my mouth.

Feel more than ever that this free skate is not the best fit for M/G, like why force the comparison to Totmianina and Marinin when they are such different stylistically? But the consistency is there. Smart move by ROC having them skate both programs.
