I so wish CG/L could have skated this program like they did at Nationals. You could tell they were a little off from the twist. So many gorgeous moments with great lines and extension. I questioned whether this team would ever gel and they definitely did. I hope they've very proud of themselves.

Ashley’s competing on a sprained right ankle, so this is about what I was expecting. They should be so proud of themselves though, still a strong showing overall!

I'm just really glad Ashley and Timothy found each other. They've worked incredibly hard as a pair to get their skating to the place it is today.

I love this program from CG/L! I was more nervous about the SP since usually this LP is very strong for them, but it wasn't quite there today.

Oh dear - a rough skate by Ashley and Timothy. What a shame! I really like this program, and they have lots of wonderful qualities. Congratulations again to Timothy for being the first non-binary athlete at the Olympics!

I've noticed, I have a huge problem, if skaters copy the music from other top skaters, but don't add something new This program and both of T/M's programs.

Out of curiosity - do we know how non-English commentators are dealing with Tim's pronouns?

This pair has great energy and style, it's always great to watch them skate.

That being said, I'm not surprised by this performance. Consistency has always been an issue, and Ashley was injured, so I'm sure that is having an effect on her. Even if she's not in pain, she would be concerned about making the injury worse.
