Maybe she knows that she has little chance of getting the gold against Kami and decided going for silver is better than risk dropping to bronze? Sometimes you don't have to throw the hardest jumps, you just have to make the least mistakes.

Sofia is certainly a skater who would do well to build confidence, and going clean and scoring almost 230 points without a single Ultra-C element is not a bad experience to have for her.
