Paramanova is evidently talented but makes so many little mistakes. Maybe a change of coach needed? I think its unlikely because shes quite close with him. They need to get some more help in that camp though.

I like Chapligina, she has nice programs but lacks something to really stand out (in Russia). The annoying little mistakes she tends to make don't help either.
