Jyrkinen had 4 jumping passes with negative GOE but she has a lot of potential and I love her music.





That 2A of Jyrkinen is not my cup of tea though I have to add that too. I am afraid she will fall soon before the take-off, and it looks confusing to me.

Oh, so sorry for Janna. Thank you, audience, for trying to lift her up. Mark said she is adjusting to a growth spurt. Don't know how they do it. If I came out and fell on my first jump, I'd probably say "Never mind. I don't want to do this." Takes grit to keep going.

Poor Janna, this was a rough skate.

She is so much taller this season, no wonder it's hard for her to be consistent with her jumps.

9 cm more height since last season and maybe the tough competition between local girls from the bigger competitions' spots, there was not any competition at all last season and this season there are several trying to get the spots, Nella and Emmi in the lead at the moment.

Oh, we have another one for the tall skaters collection - I did not realise Lorine was 173 cm, though I did know she was taller than most other female skaters
