She will be silver at the least, won't she?Oh my love you did AWESOME
Rinka hasn't done 3F combinations since she was a junior, so I don't think that would have helpedOh Rinka! Why did you go for a Loop combo? I was sure she was going for the Flip, but no. Loop combos are troublesome, even when the Loop is the first jump.
Fair enough. I do think however, judges don't really look at composition, skating skills, performance etc. They just do what they did under the 6.0 system - comparing skaters against each other and the tech mistakes decides...It's okay to prefer one skater or one performance, I also preferred Lindsay here.
However, looking at it objectively, Audrey still has very good skating skills, and she is certainly much stronger in performance than Lindsay, even if this was the most expressive I've seen Lindsay ever. Composition is the one thing I wouldn't agree with the judges with, but even then I can see why they tied when looking at the official guidelines.
Mostly it is intentional. Sometimes it's not, like for Kaiya and Sara-Maude, but then you usually see that the landing on the first jump was at least a bit off if not a fall or a step-out.yes, but I still didn't think it is worth the risk - so it's intentional?
I hope so!She will be silver at the least, won't she?![]()
