Rio's speed and control on the landings of his jumps is so good, and I love the transitions in and out of the 3F. He's definitely a more introverted performer, but he was really committing to the choreography. I love his joy at the end after a bit of a rough season, and I also love the woman in the audience with the Ted Barton quote book signs

I understand but then what is the whole point of the SP in seniors if they can switch around their combo ? Isn't it delivering limited elements cleanly or is it just like a shorter version of a the LP ?

Seniors can use higher tech because at their age it's not as dangerous and the body formation had finished. In juniors the differences in age, access to safe training to train certain elements and maturing rate is stark. It's a level of competition.

I think it does, because, again, juniors with lower tech can advance in SP because their lower elements are stable and can be delivered well and on cue. In seniors, we assume they are trained in juniors to deliver each element on cue.
