I didnt get a chance to go yesterday but I am going to go today . I gotta see my boy Davey try to climb up in jr men. Was really nice to see Yoni and Ava win. They look really really good and smooth coming back from not competing because of her injury. They’ll be putting their triples back in for nationals forsure. I wonder why they represent Ontario now. They represented Manitoba last year. They are both from Winnipeg

It was really nice to see the skaters from Manitoba have good skates yesterday with their families there. I'm hoping it continues today and tomorrow

I think Ava and Yoni may have switched for funding. If Ontario has more, it would make sense.

i get the reason why... BUT doing an ice resurface after three teams will always be weird to me. Just resurface before the final flight when there is an odd number of flights... If only all flights were full and even in number, it would be easier to swallow ... but after a group of 3

Okay... end of rant.. this is a common problem everywhere probably anchored within ISU rules

I just..half watched Lia Cho skate.. through the freezing.. what I grasped was.. WOW.. what an unreal talent.. she’s 12 going on 22. Her score could win Canadian nationals.. in senior. Never mind junior.

they hit pretty high levels... i think the judging panel is quite experienced too... so i trust these scores

They were my faves last year. They won Nationals (junior) last year and also silver at JGPF. Yoni is super elegant and Ava is fierce. I adore them.. but injuries.. .over injuries... Let's hope they are okay for the rest of the season

interesting... poje is acting as choreo.. not coach... and brisebois and lalonde... i know brisebois is with IAM and Lalonde and Girard (also listed as choreo here) were coaching together... are they slowly moving to IAM ?

They had higher TES than Layla and Alex here. Summer and Nicholas weren't far behind Layla and Alex in TES either, so next season should be interesting
