Laura had a doping ban, reportedly from a cream she put on her hand for a cut. After her appeal was rejected, they split and I believe she retired.

I knew she had got banned, but I hadn't heard anything since then.

Come to think of it, I haven't heard any updates on any of the doping bans that have been given out in figure skating!
