This has nothing to do with any fed being weak.
If you come in last second to replace a different JGP and then go about demanding them to change the other events, that's not being "strong", that would actually be something called disrespectful and entitled.

JGP Wuxi also only has one ice rink per announcement, so practices and competition will be held on the same ice.

Saya & Ignancio USA have very good singles skills that are well matched. They are still a bit new to the pairs elements and they struggle a bit with these elements. They have a soft style and lovely connection and matching lines. Not sure if he is skating singles anymore.

Buttery soft landings and great synchronisation on the SBS jumps, nice speed and ice coverage on the lifts. The death spiral and the twist need some work, but overall a team with good future prospects.

Sae & Lucas JPN skate to a Cody Fry version of Clair de Lune. Lovely soft arms and style dressed in peach for her and tan/brown for him. Successful throw 3S is a bit small but steady. Better lifts than the USA team. Wonderful sbs jumps. Upside down split lift rotating in both directions.

Definitely a better twist today. Lifts, while not always having huge ice coverage, are again unexpectedly solid for a team without a huge size difference and pretty new to pairs.
The 3Lz+2A+2A didn't quite fully work out today, but the 3T was great and the death spiral was nice too.

The throw technique is the big, big issue. They did squeeze out a triple out with it, but that will never get positive GOE.

Shimizu/Honda have very good lines for juniors and their costumes are lovely. The throw jumps are weak but triple toeloops & death spiral were very good. They seem happy with the score.
