I've often thought it would be cool to see someone skate a long program to various horror movie themes, but not sure how that would go over after Halloween.

Evgenia and Geoffrey was nice, the music is like suspense movie, is nice. I like it a lot their style and is beautiful.

For me L/B have always had something missing. That first third of the music and that beat and the movements was the first time I couldn't take my eyes off of them. Once the music changed the spell was broken and that last third got sloppy. Hopefully they can rework some parts and improve it over the course of the season.

I really like them this year having been less than enthusiastic - but this performance had a lot of little errors.

Given the "quality" of the programs this weekend, I have nothing negative to say about Lopareva and Brissaud except that they can skate even better. I was transfixed! J'adore!!!!!

I think the RD was more successful than this one, but this one is still very very good and has great clarity.

I love this program, and Allison and Saul are incredible performers, but there were a lot of little stumbles and hesitancies throughout that program, on lifts and choreo elements and transitions. They had some interrupted training time over the summer because Saul cut his hand, and I think you could see some of that rawness here. If I had to choose my favourite program, they would be in the lead by a mile. But in terms of skating and what was delivered on the ice, this was a fair result.

It helps that L/B tend to get consistent levels on their elements. That saved them here.

OMG, Fabri almost appears to drop Guignard on their combo lift. Yikes, that was a scary, shaky moment, and uncharacteristic for them.

this event is cursed, cursed I tell you, no one has had a good event except for the women and even that was a bit of a disaster for the first flight. We need an exorcism ASAP before pairs.
