Mayuka will fit right into the line up of strong female skaters coming out of Switzerland currently once she turns Junior-eligible in 2026 (!).

2026?! I thought she looked young, but I didn't quite think that young!

But I know how it feels to be waiting for 2026 to come. And how long it seems. That is when Olivia Bazlova (CYP) will become eligible for Juniors too.

Ah, we had a withdrawal. Laura Lola ANDRASIK (HUN) was missing.

That was Catherine IRVIN (AUT) that we were watching. She was wearing a beautiful pale blue dress.

That was good! Well, what we saw of it, because the camera lost her for a while at one point.

She goes into 4th position.

Aha! A skater whose name I recognise! Anna RUIS (AUT)

And in case anybody is wondering, brother Daniel will be the skater bringing the curtain down on today's action, being the 5th to skate in the Junior Men's SP.

That camera I was talking about must have died, because we are now sticking to the static camera at the back of the stands. As a result, she is only a small dot moving across the ice. And occasionally going out of camera shot.

Very lively music. I enjoyed it.

Wish we could have seen her closer. But, nobody can help issues like this.

Phew. The rinkside camera was back in action for Erin SAILOR (GBR). Hadn't come across her before (and I can say that confidently, because that is a name that would have stuck in my head!), but she is from the Sheffield club.

She was wearing a black dress with a gold pattern on the front, and black tights. And her black hair completed the theme.

And I think there was a reason for that. I didn't know the music, but it gave me a stealthy spy feeling.

Not bad.

She goes into 6th position.

Sorry, I got to bed late last night, and am starting to feel tired. So, I don't really feel like commenting as often as I have been any more.

Group 2 started with two Slovenian girls wearing all black!

The first, Zala KAS, was wearing a black dress, and went into 3rd position.

The second, Anna SERGIENKO, was wearing a black jumpsuit, and went into 2nd position.

And now we have Croatian girl, Paula KASNAR, wearing an all black jumpsuit. She goes into 2nd position.

So that is four skaters in a row wearing all black!

Another withdrawal. I wonder if Eles NAMAZALIEVA (AUT) would have been wearing all black too...

But the next girl, Tea SAJKO (HRV), definitely isn't.

She is Mary Poppins!!!

OK, so the blue overcoat dress isn't quite the right shade of blue, but who cares?! It's Mary Poppins!!!

"Chim Chim Cher-ee", an instrumental of "A Spoonful Of Sugar", and an instrumental of "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious".

And a cartwheel and all!

I absolutely loved that!!!

Awwww. Paula KASNAR has stayed there for her team-mate getting her scores.

Tea goes into 5th position.

We have seen lots of Queen programmes over the years, but this is a song I have never seen being skated to before. "The Millionaire Waltz".

And boys but it works!!!

Right, I want to see more programmes to that song!

Have to be honest, I didn't really like the dress being worn by Sophie SCHWARTZ (AUT). But, who cares when the programme was that enjoyable!

Hana OPERCKAL (SVN) was wearing a beautiful dark blue dress, with black tights .

I recognised the first piece of music (it sounded like Clannad to me), but I didn't know the second piece. But, it was edited so well toegtehr, that you didn't notice the transition.

But, it was a beautiful programme.

She goes into 11th position.

And the last skater, Michaela MIČJANOVÁ (CZE), has withdrawn. So, a premature finish.

The Juniors don't start for another hour and 10 minutes. And when they do, they will be on a separate stream.

After a break of over an hour, the action returns with a Junior SP double-bill. 18 girls; followed by 5 boys.

There was no sound during the advert for Graz that was on beforehand either. Which is what makes me think it has been muted by mistake.

Bruna BARIC (HRV) was wearing a lovely black jumpsuit with sparklies, with a brown belt / skirt / holster thingy (I don't know what it is supposed to be!) over it.

I have no idea what the music was, because we couldn't hear it and her ISU Bio doesn't have it listed. But, I'll go for "Gladiator" music.

Aha, the sound came back when she was waiting for her scores.

If we still had no sound, I would never have guessed that this would be the music from looking at Lucka FORTUNA (SVN)'s dress. She was wearing a dark blue dress with white sparklies.

But, how on Earth do you describe the music?! It was a cover of "Sweet Dreams" by the Eurythmics, but it was as if it had been mashed up with the Addams Family theme and religious chanting. I was a sound to behold!

Weird spooky music aside, I loved that programme!!!

But, I didn't really see her programme, because I realised that I had been posting in the Denkova-Staviski Cup thread instead of in here. And I had to sort that out.

And great music to go with it! "Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica!!!

I absolutely loved everything about that programme!!! The dress, the music, and the skating.

Well, the edit at the end of the music could have been a bit better. But, that is just a minor thing.

Hey, is that the whole Croatian team sitting there? There are 5 girls (one is wearing a team jacket, while the others are in their dresses), and somebody is taking a group photo of them (watch you don't back into the TV camera! )

She was wearing a purple and white dress. And I didn't really like it.

But, she skated well.

...But I do like this purple dress! It is a much deeper colour, and has liens of silver sparlkies.

Kateřina HANUŠOVÁ (CZE) was skating to "Stronger" by Christina Aguilera.

There was a definite two footed landing on one of her jumps (and the fact that I spotted it tells you how obvious it was!) But otherwise, that was good.

Yes, I really enjoyed that.

The Group 2 skaters started their Warm-Up as soon as the last skater in Group 1 came off the ice. So , we missed most of it while she was getting her scores.

But, we did hear the introductions. And I am not happy. Everybody in the group was getting applauded and / or cheered. Except my girl. When Vasilisa's name was called, the place when silent.

Come on, audience! Why are you being mean to a 13 year old girl?!

Do Austrians have a reason that I don't know about to not like her coach, Inna Goncharenko?

Unfortunately, we didn't see anything, because there was a big graphic showing the current standings covering most of the screen. And anyway, it was that static camera at the back of the stands that we were on. So, the skaters were too small to see anyway.
