Hana CVIJANOVIĆ (HRV) was wearing a very strange dress. It was purple, with white polka dots down the left had side. Yes, just the left hand side.
She was skating to "The Question Of U" by Prince. (Boys, I love that song being skated to!)
Yes, I enjoyed that. Good skate.

Anna PEZZETTA (ITA). I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again. That red dress with sparky trim may be beautiful, but it does not say "Firebird" to me.
But, she skated it really well.

First of the
I take back what I said about Hana's dress being strange.
THIS is a strange dress. Mainly black, but with patches of metal armour on it. Oh, and quite a lot of the black is see-through.
I loved Julija LOVRENČIČ (SVN)'s costume!!!
But, I wasn't fussed on the music. Just wasn't my taste.
She skated it well, though.
Ach, are we not going to see her getting her scores?
She goes into 3rd position.

Finally, it is Sarah Marie PESCH (DEU). She is wearing a beautiful purple dress, with lots of sparklies on it.
Music was "Loud" by Sofia Carson. on't know the song, but it worked well for the programme.
She has big jumps, but has trouble controlling them. Early on in the programme, she had a fall on a jump, and then just about landed the next jump she did.
But, the rest of it was good.
She goes into 2nd position.

Anton SKOFICZ (AUT) is wearing a black jumpsuit... with orange diagonal stripes on the front.
Drum beat and scary vocals at the start, but soon changed to "Another One Bites The Dust" by Queen.
He looked to be really enjoying himself out there. I know I was enjoying it!
Not much of a reaction from any of the three sitting there.

Something a bit more subdued for him - "En Aranjuez Con Tu Amo".
Hang on, it changed to what I would describe as spy music about halfway through the programme. Then drumming at the end.
So surreal. The music used in the two halves of the programme was so different. Too different, if you ask me. THey didn't go together at all.
But, he skated well. And that is the main thing.
He goes into the lead.

Elisabetta PROFAIZER / Matteo Libasse MANDELLI (ITA). She is wearing a dark blue dress with sparklies. He is wearing a white shirt with black trousers.
Can't remember the last time I saw a "Clair De Lune" programme in Pairs Skating.
Hang on. In the second half, it turned into an epic "Moonlight Sonata". No, I don't like it.
There were a few mistakes. They were badly out of sync on a side-by-side jumps. And Elisabetta had a fall on a throw.
But, otherwise, it was good.

Aha! I remember this programme from Ines MOUDDEN / Alejandro Lazaro GARCIA (ESP)!
She is wearing a white dress, where the shoulder area is red, and there are 3 big red hearts down the middle of the white part, and smaller red diamonds on either side. He is wearing blue trousers, a white shirt and braces with dioamonds that match her's.
They were good.
Ah, good to see the next skaters to go applauding in the background!
They go into 2nd in the FS and overall.

Polina POLMAN / Gabriel RENOLDI (ITA). She's wearing a dress which is mainly red, but the part around her shoulders and bust is white. He is wearing a white shirt and black trousers.
It was a "Pirates Of The Caribbean" programme, but for the first two thirds of the programme, they were using different pieces to what we normally hear at skating competitions. Put it like this, if you weren't familiar with the music and saw their costumes, you wouldn't work out the theme.
They each made a pretty big mistake.
Hey, where'd the picture go?! The camera in the results area must have died again.
Ah, we're back.
They had a lead of just over 10 points from the SP, so they should win overall. But, I'm not sure if they will win the FS.
Taking a very long time for the scores to come through.

I don't think the seating is designed for 5 people!
To pass the time, Matteo is starting to play up for the camera.
The announcer has come on and said that they are having technical problems.
And now we've lost the sound.
