Just watched the interview Ted did with Tatiana Malinina and Roman Skorniakov, and I just love the way that, despite living in America for so long, they haven't lost their accents. There are too many people who lose their accents when they move to a different country. And I always think that is a shame, because it is part of your identity.
Whilst it was interesting hearing them talking about bringing up their son, I would have preferred to hear them talk about their own skating careers.
They retired around the time I started to get interested in figure skating, so I would have liked to find out more about their experiences.
I also enjoyed watching the interview Ted did with his fellow Kiwi, Li Yanhao. Although, I was surprised Ted didn't actually mention that connection. Not that he needed to - you could see how proud Ted was of Yanhao!
