They are late with the protocols, I am very curious to see how that 81 came about and would like them to come out right now. Seriously Minkyu won JW with 80 for his SP and with all due respect I do not think he did better than Minkyu at JW

I am missing you guts and your witty commentary as I catch up, but I missed FS so much, I can't get away from the TV. Loved Feignan and Vaclavik so far, and fingers crossed Gartung can put a redemption free. Getting to Sheiko now.

It's interesting to see Paradis eccentric style after Sheiko's sincerity. Gonna be fun top 6 in FS!

Okay that was a fun competition save for the tech going crazy at the end. I hope they can fix everything by tomorrow!

Okay, I got up and watched this SP and so far, both with women and men, there's been some serious frowning going on at the judges from Chez Tally, they seem to be taking naps when they should be scoring - the delays in both but especially this one are unacceptable and they need stomping on. I did read that there were tech issues, which also is unacceptable especially as they knew about them before the men started (there were also sound issues, especially in the women's. The lack of attention to detail is showing, ISU.) I think that both firsts and the women's silver are Hamada students? Methinks ISU has its new Eteri and (this also showed last year) going to really push to fill the largish hole in their star drawcards in Japan and elsewhere.

Plenty of dull wearemanlymendressinginmanlymenclobber costumes (boys, if you are gonna wear plain black you need to have Chen's whizbang rep or Hanyu's unearthliness, otherwise you just look like also-rans who can't be bothered) and those that sparkled looked a little... timid, though I guess youngsters can be timid. Anthony as always brought his A-game to the costume and the performance. Music choices were also to a large extent less than inspired, we were expecting that...

(ps - now everyone go and download the ones you liked before music licences mean yankings, folks! Of course, youtube are also making it a damn sight harder to download now....)
