Why does it seem that the US ladies with the best jumps who can actually rotate them are also wildly inconsistent while the best competitors are usually limited technically with underrotated jumps?

No. Just one. Maddie placed quite low at Worlds last year. I don't honestly think Maddie has guaranteed selection this year. Others are catching up and she hasn't really progressed.

That's tech. I wrote the tech was pretty good. I was speaking of PCS and it was clear.

Its still part of her score. If she was underscored in PCS, she certainly was overscored in tech. Right?
