Yes! And other short but powerful jumpers are Rika Kihira (155 cm/5'1''), Aliona Kostornaia (158 cm/5'2'') and Wakaba Higuchi (152 cm/5'0'').
It's probably easier to make a list of tall skaters with big jumps than of short skaters with big jumps
