2025-2026 Junior Grand Prix Final Free Dance

Yayy LayLex nailed it tonight :jumping: And I love their costume so much!

They've been skating together for 11 years!? Wow I'm so amazed how these pairing can stay together after so long, going through childhood, adolescence, adulthood with so many changes... amazing

LayLex :). did you come up with that ? It's good... it's like Liley and LaLa ( I came up with the latter)

The music has a very autumnal feel, and the colours of the costumes are very autumnal"...
They are gorgeous and I do get a different season of the Seasons feel to this program. Very lovely.

Mark & Ted talking about the instagram - I have mixed feelings about this as I have heard about some skaters being bullied on it about not deserving a GPF spot. That is a shame that people would stoop to that level.
While there are definitely a lot of people who stoop very low, there are also certainly skaters who are a little more sensitive to criticism than the average person - In either case, it's probably best to get off social media for a while if it's starting to impact you negatively to such a degree.

For example, Torgashev had a big crash-out on IG and Twitter recently about some comments than were not even mean spirited, but just fairly objective analysis about the US Olympic team (including by Jackie Wong), which he seemed to have taken as hate against him personally.

Dania MOUADEN / Théo BIGOT (FRA) keeping up the tradition of French Ice Dance!

It wasn't so much weird. It was just different.

They are both wearing black, but Dania's dress has a rib cage pattern on the back, and gold pattern on the front.

The music is so haunting!

Oh, no. Billie Eilish has arrived with "Bad Guy". No. That has ruined the whole feel of the programme. They should have stuck with the other song for the whole programme. Or, if not long enough, changed to something with a similar feel to the first song.

"Bad Guy" aside, I really loved that.

They go into 2nd in the FS, and the lead overall.

where are my scissors.. I see extra fabric I need to cut.... oh a beer... I will pour that one down.. and look for the scissors later.

Pretty sure I did, I haven't heard or seen this nickname anywhere else

I hate hate calling partnership by their last name initials cause it confuses me so much - let alone when multiple teams have the same initials.... Hence I love to come up with nicknames ;)

LaLa is great too, thanks for inventing that one (y)

I am trying to be more careful that my comments may be read by the skaters

Now we differ - I saw a spine and I loved the Bad Guy as implying tough truth telling. Very creative and very fun. Theo also had some fun expressions feeding off his partner.

I prefer the initials - because I spent many younger years in fandomland that went in for mashups and so many of them are cringeworthy. To be honest, I don't see why we can't just use their flippin' names...
