Always lots to do.. small projects, house cleaning but now, at this time of day, I don’t feel like doing any of it which is normal for me actually

usually up around 5 am scurrying around doing essentials and breakfast til about 10 Then email, paperwork TV news; then full stop, go out to lunch, relax outdoors in the sun or nap indoors. Up 3-4 pm next round of activity til about 10 pm… a lot gets done including preparing supper, then sleep til 2 or 3 am (biphasic habit) then up at 5, the routine since I retired.. so odd but it works! Somehow watching skating fits in all this nicely
